Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global influencer ecosystem that strengthens brand visibility, product adoption, and technical credibility across multiple audiences. Develop and own the global influencer marketing strategy across tech, AI, crypto, lifestyle, and developer ecosystems Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and technical thought leaders, both directly and through agencies Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing, contracting, coordination, performance tracking, and optimization Build a dedicated developer and technical influencer program across platforms such as YouTube, podcasts, blogs, and open-source communities Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align influencer initiatives with product launches and roadmap priorities Monitor emerging platform trends and shifts across social and creator ecosystems to identify new growth opportunities Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategy based on data-driven insights Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic marketer with experience working across influencer ecosystems, especially in tech or highly technical domains. 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital growth roles Proven ability to build and manage influencer programs at scale across multiple platforms and regions Strong understanding of tech, AI, crypto, or developer communities, with ability to engage technical audiences authentically Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including contracting, execution, and performance measurement Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with creators, agencies, and partners Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign ROI and optimize performance Comfortable working in fast-moving, global, and highly technical environments Strong written
