Source creators and develop content concepts that perform as ads, at scale; Hit a throughput target starting at ~20 pieces of qualifying creator content per month and ramping from there; Content that meets our brand-alignment bar and is ready for paid testing; Measured on real, hard outputs — volume of qualifying content, quality (brand alignment + ad performance), and contribution profit; Contribution profit

Must Have

3–5+ years running influencer or creator programs, ideally at a DTC brand where content was tied to paid performance, Sourcing creators specifically to fuel paid social at a creator-led DTC brand, Negotiated rates, scopes, and usage rights with creators of varying sizes and sophistication, Strong, fast written communication, A bias toward action and high throughput, Comfortable being measured on real, hard outputs — volume of qualifying content, quality (brand alignment + ad performance), and contribution profit

Nice to Have

Fluency in Sprout Social, Archive, and ShopMy, or adjacent tools

Own the pipeline end-to-end: outreach

Lean toward whitelisting and usage-rights deals

Build the systems as you scale

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with our Growth Lead; Partner closely with our Brand team; Partner closely with our co-founder; Partner with our Growth Lead on what's working in paid; Coordinate closely with the Brand Influencer marketer and Organic Social manager; Work with Brand leadership; Close partnership with a small senior team; In the room with the co-founders, Growth Lead, and Brand leadership regularly
