You'll lead across: - Sourcing: Identify and approach the best-fit creators on Instagram and YouTube. - Negotiation: Own the deal — pricing, deliverables, contracts, everything. - Execution: Brief creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, and make sure content ships on time and on brand.
