supporting the Influencer Manager across the full influencer lifecycle—from creator sourcing and outreach to contract coordination
and performance reporting
support the execution of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
and communications stay on track
assist the Influencer Manager with day-to-day campaign operations across the full funnel
maintain clear and consistent communication with creators throughout campaign lifecycles
source creators aligned with brand
assist with influencer outreach
and relationship management
support negotiations by tracking agreed-upon deliverables
prepare and manage influencer agreements
including filling out contracts and updating terms based on creator-specific deal structures
and creator details are accurately documented and stored
track creator deliverables and published content across platforms
with a emphasis on TikTok and TikTok Shop
monitor posting timelines
content approvals (when required)
and live content status
maintain up-to-date internal trackers for creators
monitor influencer content performance
particularly within TikTok Shop
track key metrics such as views
and creator-level performance
support reporting by compiling insights and performance summaries for internal stakeholders
