Support the growth of Fresha’s global ambassador programme and influencer initiatives.; Support the expansion of our global ambassador programme.; Help manage and grow our UK influencer programme.; Support the delivery of creator-led brand activity across social platforms.; ensuring a smooth and engaging creator experience.; ensure alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.; reporting on KPIs including engagement, reach, content performance, and conversions.

Must Have
Around 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or talent management., understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator culture., Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and digital culture., Excellent organisational and communication skills, Highly organised with attention to detail., Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
Experience using Google Sheets/documents and social or influencer tools/platforms is a plus., Curious and excited about emerging technologies - including AI tools that support content creation, creator discovery, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
What You'll Do.
Support the day-to-day execution and growth of Fresha’s global ambassador programme.
Coordinate ambassador and influencer outreach
managing communications
and maintaining relationships with creators and ambassadors.
and recommend relevant creators
and industry talent aligned with Fresha’s brand and audience.
Assist with onboarding new ambassadors and influencers
ensuring a smooth and engaging creator experience.
Manage influencer campaign timelines
and approvals across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Support the execution of Global Ambassador and UK influencer programmes from briefing through to launch
Source and monitor emerging creators
and culturally relevant opportunities across TikTok
and other social platforms
using tools such as Sprout and Modash.
Review influencer and ambassador content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
and platform best practices.
Track campaign and creator performance
pulling insights and reporting on KPIs including engagement
Maintain and update influencer databases
and content calendars.
Monitor competitor influencer activity and keep up to date with trends across beauty
Support administrative and operational tasks related to influencer/ambassador partnerships
contracts and creator documentation where required.
