Reporting to the Senior Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build and scale our influencer ecosystem—from high-profile macro-influencers to everyday parents and educators—driving social commerce and fostering a passionate community of brand advocates. **How will you create impact?** * Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships for non-agency campaigns, guiding creators from initial outreach and briefing to final content execution. * Oversee influencer negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance with brand guidelines and FTC regulations. * Design and launch an always-on Content Creator Program tailored to parents and educators to generate high-quality user-generated content (UGC). * Drive lower-funnel conversion by managing affiliate commerce programs, serving as the primary lead for the TikTok Shop affiliate network. * Manage targeted product seeding and sampling initiatives using platforms like Bazaarvoice to drive early product reviews and social buzz. * Establish a streamlined process for vetting and cataloging inbound creator partnership requests. * Utilize influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, Traackr) to run reporting and translate campaign metrics into actionable insights. * Execute curated PR "Surprise & Delight" moments and coordinate impactful i
