Must Have

Bachelor in nursing HEDS, Ability to manage crisis situations, Good command of mediation

Nice to Have

CAS or DAS in specialty, Experience in exclusion, Experience in precariousness, Experience in minor care, Experience in mental health

What You'll Do.

Evaluate demand nature

Refer situation to adapted service

Intervene and conduct socio-sanitary evaluation

Provide clinical expertise in analysis

Evaluate user somatic and psychic state

Propose means to reduce crisis intensity

Offer listening and support

Restore user immediate balance

Take necessary measures for safety

Ensure safety of user

Ensure safety of intervention team

Proceed to written assessment of intervention

Relate evaluation and services offered

Evaluate relevance of care

Participate in team meetings

Participate in team supervisions

Actively intervene with partners
