Full Job Description

We are looking for a Trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning & Development initiatives across the 3P network within our Fulfillment Center operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in delivering regional training, monitoring associate development and learning readiness across multiple sites. They should be well-versed in learning needs identification, content improvement, and designing solutions that drive skill building and quality performance. The role requires someone who can manage training-related escalations, coordinate effectively with site operations teams, and independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships — taking full ownership of projects to drive meaningful problem resolution. Key job responsibilities -Deliver regional training for 3P training teams across assigned Fulfillment Center sites; ensure timely refresher training for associates needing improvement in quality performance -Monitor associate maturity with a focus on quality performance metrics, and track readiness for hiring -Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs; develop customised learning solutions that optimise performance and promote policy compliance -Ensure L&D curriculum is accurately tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System; assist in developing standardised learning management processes, procedures, and templates -Measure program effectiveness and scalability using continuous feedback loops to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and create scalable solutions that improve learner retention -Provide actionable feedback for training module improvements based on field observations and training effectiveness data -Handle training-related escalations, coordinating with site operations teams for swift resolution; independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on training priorities Basic Qualifications: - Experience with written and verbal com
