Let’s grow together—one cuddle, one giggle, and one milestone at a time. ## What You'll Need to Succeed EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development A minimum of one year of experience working in an infant classroom, practicing safe feeding/sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and sensory and motor development support ## A Typical Day May Include Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants in a licensed childcare and early childhood education setting Supporting infant development through sensory play, tummy time, music, language-rich interaction, movement, and age-appropriate learning activities Creating a warm, engaging, and safe infant classroom environment that promotes emotional security and developmental growth Following individualized feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care routines while maintaining open communicat
