What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification, High School Diploma or GED, Minimum of one year of experience working in an infant classroom within a childcare center, daycare, preschool, or private school setting, Knowledge of safe infant care practices, including feeding, sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and supporting sensory and motor development, Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, organizational skills, attention to detail, Flexibility to work a full-time 8-hour shift within the center's operating hours, including opening and closing schedules as needed, Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including spending extended periods seated on the floor, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of a childcare classroom, Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the classroom for the majority of the workday

We are currently seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher to join our Massachusetts childcare team. This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood educator who is passionate about infant development and enjoys creating meaningful connections with children and families during the earliest stages of learning. As an Infant Teacher, you'll help provide the loving care, developmental support, and individualized attention that infants need while working in a collaborative childcare environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and quality early education. Qualified candidates must hold current Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification.
