Provide authoritative technical direction for ICF project engineering

Guide project engineers supporting ICF and NIF facility

Ensure work products meet mission

Serve as primary point of contact with engineering

Resolve complex shot-related issues

Reconcile competing requirements

Enable execution readiness

Establish and communicate weekly shot priorities

Support prioritization through Joint Program change control board

Recommend adjustments to plans and priorities

Direct configuration management of ICF program plan

Evaluate impacts of proposed changes to approved scope

Recommend or negotiate modifications

Develop and communicate integrated schedules for ICF efforts

and adjust execution strategies

Meet major milestones

Evaluate quarterly milestones

Advise ICF senior leadership on execution risks

Lead coordination across engineering

resolve conflicting priorities

Drive integrated solutions for program objectives

Represent ICF priorities and technical execution needs to

Provide technical and operational advice on matters affecting

Perform other duties as assigned
