Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field, Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, U.S. citizenship required, Significant experience leading complex technical, scientific, or engineering programs, Demonstrated expertise in project engineering, systems integration, scheduling, and operational coordination, Experience managing program scope, milestones, budget performance, and status reporting, Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project engineers or comparable technical staff, Establish priorities, allocate resources, review work for adequacy, Ensure successful delivery of objectives, Expertise of configuration management principles

Direct integration activities across ICF Science
Resolve complex execution issues
Provide authoritative technical direction for ICF project engineering
shape execution strategies
Guide project engineers supporting ICF and NIF facility
Ensure work products meet mission
Serve as primary point of contact with engineering
Resolve complex shot-related issues
Reconcile competing requirements
Enable execution readiness
Establish and communicate weekly shot priorities
Support prioritization through Joint Program change control board
Recommend adjustments to plans and priorities
Direct configuration management of ICF program plan
Evaluate impacts of proposed changes to approved scope
Recommend or negotiate modifications
Develop and communicate integrated schedules for ICF efforts
and adjust execution strategies
Meet major milestones
Evaluate quarterly milestones
Advise ICF senior leadership on execution risks
Lead coordination across engineering
resolve conflicting priorities
Drive integrated solutions for program objectives
Represent ICF priorities and technical execution needs to
Provide technical and operational advice on matters affecting
Perform other duties as assigned
