Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or industry-focused roles, Solid understanding of industry processes, KPIs, and performance metrics, Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or related sectors, Proven ability to develop and implement business use cases or solutions, Understanding of data eco systems, analytics and (Agentic-) AI-driven use cases, Experience supporting sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing initiatives, Ability to structure complex problems, Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken, Analytical mindset with attention to detail, Structured working style
