What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 or more years of experience within the Financial Services sector, either in a leadership role at Director or Vice President level at a financial institution, or as a senior strategic consultant with a proven track record of advising on large-scale digital transformation projects, understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem — specifically Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce — and can build business cases and quantify the value of technology investments for financial institutions, exceptional storyteller and presenter, comfortable commanding a room of senior executives and simplifying complex technology and regulatory concepts into clear business outcomes, with the ability to create thought leadership content and presentation material independently, proven team player who leads through influence, with demonstrated success operating in a matrixed environment and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision
Nice to Have
experience with Agentforce or autonomous AI agent strategy in a Financial Services context, deep knowledge of Financial Services-specific processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or client onboarding and lifecycle management, existing network of relationships with key stakeholders in the Financial Services industry, membership or an active position in leading industry associations such as the Swiss Bankers Association, Insurance Europe, or equivalent forums
