What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years in Financial Services in a senior leadership role at a financial institution or as a strategic consultant, deep knowledge of ANZ market dynamics, ability to translate trends into business strategy, understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Financial Services-specific offerings including Financial Services Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce, Exceptional storytelling and presentation, able to command a room of senior executives, simplify complex technology into business outcomes, create thought leadership content independently, Proven track record advising on large-scale digital modernisation programs, tech simplification, change management, middleack office transformation, Ability to build business cases and quantify the value of technology investments, Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment, Active user of AI tools to drive productivity, promotes best practices with peers

Nice to Have

Experience with Agentforce or Agentic AI strategy in a financial services context, Deep knowledge of Financial Services-specific processes, such as: client onboarding, KYC/AML (including AUSTRAC obligations), wealth planning, loan origination, or claims management, Existing network of senior relationships across ANZ Financial Services institutions, Membership or active position in leading industry associations (e. g. , FINSIA, FSC, ABA, ICA, COBA, AFIA, ASFA, CALI, Financial Advice NZ, or NZBA), Understanding of uniquely ANZ dynamics including superannuation and the four-pillar banking system, Open to Director / Senior Director level
