What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, knowledge of construction processes, 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Experience in the design and construction of foundations, buildings, and facilities, Understanding of health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes, Proficiency in civil engineering software for design and planning, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, team-oriented mindset, Proficiency in Italian and English
Nice to Have
Experience with large-scale industrial projects and complex civil works in manufacturing or production environments, Knowledge of environmental impact assessments and implementing sustainability measures in construction projects, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery, Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Finnish)
What You'll Do.
Oversee civil engineering aspects of plant expansion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure seamless integration of utilities and infrastructures
Support permitting process for infrastructure projects
Collaborate on design and planning of civil infrastructure
Work with consultants on executive projects
Coordinate with engineers for integration
Provide technical support for civil works
Ensure civil works comply with regulations
Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Monitor ongoing civil works on-site
Assess risks related to civil engineering works
