What You'll Do.

Operate and maintain slitter equipment used to convert/slit materials so they can be cut to proper sizes

Replace/sharpen blades

measure blades to correctly cut size

cut/measure cardboard cores

and stage material for sewing

Operate and maintain our Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) sewing line including loading materials into the sewing line machine and ensuring proper alignment and tension

Replace and monitor needles

Monitor quality of material and check for any defects per the Go/No Go guidelines

Generate batches and dates in our inventory management system for the material being manufactured so it is tracked

Label and package material to get prepared for storage or shipping

Document daily performance to monitor efficiency and manufacturing yield per bulk roll while identifying any defects found during the manufacturing process

Maintain the area to 5S standards
