Lead owner/client and internal meetings
Participate in reviews with governing agencies
Complete and deliver construction documents
Deliver intermediate milestone deliverables
Manage scope and schedule
Undertake design activities
Produce detailed documents for construction
Coordinate multidisciplinary team work
Review architectural documents for conflicts
Perform QA/QC reviews
Perform cross discipline technical reviews
Write architectural specifications
Edit architectural specifications
Coordinate with affected disciplines
Assist affected disciplines with addenda
Assist affected disciplines with RFIs
Assist affected disciplines with CPRs
Assist affected disciplines with change orders
Incorporate agreed-upon changes into project documents
Provide construction observation
Provide contract administration
Conduct work sessions at project site
Perform other duties as needed
