at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership., Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years, 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security, 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field, Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) access, Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U. S. Government-administered polygraph examination, U. S. Citizenship Required
Nice to Have
3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: SAP and/or SCI, 2+ years of experience with Project Management, 2+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment, 2+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Industrial Security Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing company is seeking an **Industrial Security Manager** to join our team in **Kent, WA; Tukwila, WA;** or **El Segundo, CA.** This position will be a part of our Boeing Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) supporting Phantom Works programs and employees. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals * Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conduct security inquiries, oversee compliance assessments implementation security controls and protecting personnel, information, and equipment * Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations * Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports * Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes * Assist with team members' professional development and growth **Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment:** To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
