Production Machine Operator (Night Shift) 📍 St-Hubert, Quebec 🕒 Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm–5:30am 💰 Annual salary starting at 80K (based on experience) ✅ Weekly Pay | Full Benefits Night Shift = 3 Days Off Every Week Work 4 days and enjoy your weekend days free — perfect for family time, appointments, or a better work-life balance. What You’ll Do * Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards * Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently • The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required) * Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime * Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications * Complete daily production and maintenance reports * Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations * Communicate issues and priorities during shift change ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production * Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus) * Strong communication and teamwork * Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus) ⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.) ## Additional Information Career Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
