What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Three to seven years of related experience within either a manufacturing environment or a direct networking position, or equivalent, A Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, network engineering, or an equivalent technical degree/experience, A solid understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware components, and interrelated network communication protocols, The ability to configure Rockwell/Cisco switches, Network certifications (CCNA/NP, IMINS), Experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments, Virtualization hardware and software experience (Dell, HP, VMware, Hyper-V), A basic understanding of project management fundamentals and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Visio, & AutoCAD), Proficient in Cisco CLI, Effective organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, This ability to work with minimal supervision, A willingness to travel to support installation and start-up activities and attend client meetings

Nice to Have

Security experience/certifications (ISA, GICSP, CISSP), Network tools experience (GNS3, SolarWinds, Network Manager), Control system experience (PLCs, SCADA software), Experience in industrial controls network design, Application development or system administration experience, other manufacturers’ CLI fluency is a plus
