What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of millwright experience in manufacturing, Expertise in mechanical fitting, precision alignment, hydraulics/pneumatics, and basic welding/fabrication, Ability to produce precision parts from mechanical drawings and verify with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators), Competence with CMMS and basic computer skills
Nice to Have
Technical certificate/apprenticeship in Millwright/Industrial Maintenance, Experience with packaging/presses/extrusion/continuous processing equipment, Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and reliability practices, Basic electrical familiarity (motors, sensors, VFDs) to assist electricians (no live work beyond training/scope), Forklift/aerial lift certification
