## Description Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment and facilities. This role involves performing complex repairs, conducting preventive and predictive maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. ## Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and overhaul of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical equipment Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities across production machinery and facility systems Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, including PLC programming and relay logic Install and set up new or existing equipment, ensuring proper operation and commissioning Fabricate replacement parts, tools, and fixtures to support equipment repair and modification efforts Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild equipment to identify wear, alignment issues, or component failures Modify and adjust automated and computer-controlled systems, including robotic equipment Work collaboratively with Production Engineers to improve designs and enhance system performance Maintain accurate documentation and logs related to maintenance work and equipment history Support continuous improvement by analyzing equipment performance and recommending process enhancements Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times ## Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Journeyman card or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience required (not an apprenticeship role) At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting capabilities with automation systems, including PLCs and electronic circuitry Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience using hand tools and power tools common in electrical and mechanical trades B
