What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, Electrical apprenticeship or vocational certificate, Five (5) years electrical technical hands-on experience, Wiring automation machine control panels, Experience with PLCs, Good working knowledge of electricity, Troubleshooting electrical issues including 480 volts, Troubleshoot control circuits, motors, motor control circuits, Read electrical blueprints and schematics, Apply NEC requirements, Use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools, Use diagnostic equipment, Read, use and understand gauges, tools and instruments, Work independently, Sound knowledge Industrial Maintenance environment, Repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns, General maintenance, Good working knowledge of mechanics, Troubleshooting mechanical issues, Experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder, Good working knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, valves, cylinders, conveyors, Organization and housekeeping skills, Good communication skills throughout all levels, Willingness to work on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, Willingness to work overtime and weekends
Nice to Have
Forklifts driving experience, Scissor lift driving experience, Lathe operation experience

Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic systems
Perform troubleshooting and repair on hydraulic systems
Perform troubleshooting and repair on pneumatic systems
Perform troubleshooting and repair on mechanical systems
Assist with servicing complex equipment
Assist with repairing complex equipment
Comply with applicable regulations
Comply with department's Safety program
Troubleshoot equipment
Read technical procedures
Analyze technical procedures
Interpret technical procedures
Analyze service manuals
Interpret service manuals
Interpret work orders
Check assigned equipment during preventative maintenance
Inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance
Report findings to management
Perform corrections on electrical issues
Ensure machine productivity after repairs
Ensure machine quality after repairs
Ensure machine productivity after changeovers
Ensure machine quality after changeovers
Ensure machine productivity after extended down time
Ensure machine quality after extended down time
Update maintenance tracking system
Respond quickly to issues
