Must Have

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills, Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLCs, Familiarity with low-voltage wiring, sensors, motors, and encoders, Ability to read schematics and follow safety procedures, Comfortable working in hot, loud, or confined environments

What You'll Do.

Diagnose and repair proprietary production equipment

and precision mechanical systems with tight tolerances.

Quickly understand new equipment using mechanical

and electrical schematics.

and testing of new production lines and machinery.

Perform routine lubrication

and replacement of wear components to reduce unplanned downtime.

Troubleshoot and maintain pumps

and associated systems.

Support troubleshooting of low-voltage systems

Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and control no programming required.

Collaborate with operators

and other technicians to diagnose and resolve recurring or complex issues.

Identify root causes of breakdowns and recommend process or equipment improvements.

Accurately record maintenance activities

and equipment downtime.
