So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.** **About the job** As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing equipment and processes within our Service Center. You will have the opportunity to perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, this is an on-site opportunity located in Greenwood, IN. **As a part of the team, you will:** • Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment including lathes, milling machines, pumps, filters, and forklifts • Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules using PM software • Collaborate with plant operators and OEMs to improve equipment uptime and efficiency • Maintain documentation for maintenance activities and waste handling • Support safety initiatives and participate in ALPS and PRP processes • Train on and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
