What You'll Achieve.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out both oral and written instructions; diagnose; repair machine malfunctions; troubleshooting
Pre-employment drug test and background check required, willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays is expected, stand and lift, stand and walk at minimum 70% of the time, work 8-hour shifts, lift fifty (50) pounds, squat or kneel, bend on a frequent basis, work in a cold and hot environment, tolerate exposure to flour and yeast materials, climb steps on a frequent basis
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience as an industrial mechanic in a high-speed manufacturing or technical environment, Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics and parts specifications, Must have own hand tools, Ability to diagnose, repair machine malfunctions, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, manufacturing systems and controls, Perform all duties related to computerized preventative maintenance programs
Nice to Have
Knowledge of baking and high-speed packaging equipment, Associates Degree
