Must Have
Three years of experience in powder coating, Three years of experience in industrial painting, Three years of experience in related finishing operations, Ability to follow work instructions, Ability to follow quality standards, Ability to follow operating procedures, Mechanical aptitude, Comfort working around industrial equipment
Nice to Have
SSPC certification, PCI certification, Experience with automated finishing systems, Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, Previous employment within sheet metal fabrication, Previous employment within metal manufacturing, Previous employment within industrial production

Set up powder coating systems
Adjust powder coating systems
Operate powder coating systems
Apply electrostatic powder coatings
Maintain consistent appearance
Maintain consistent coverage
Load components on conveyor systems
Hang components on conveyor systems
Position components on conveyor systems
Confirm correct powder types
Confirm correct powder colors
Confirm correct powder specifications
Perform cleaning procedures
Perform masking procedures
Perform rinsing procedures
Perform pre-treatment procedures
Conduct water sampling
Conduct water testing
Monitor curing oven performance
Make necessary adjustments to oven
Inspect completed parts
Identify coating defects
Identify coating inconsistencies
Identify process concerns
Take corrective action
Maintain accurate production records
