Oversee and direct all process improvement
Oversee and direct IT Automation activities
Develop strategies to increase plant efficiencies
Evaluate effectiveness of preventive maintenance
Develop project scope
Develop process design
Develop capital and expense estimates
Oversee fabrication and manufacturing of equipment
Oversee plant projects
Account for expenditures for each project
Documentation of all schematic and diagram changes
Standardization of control systems
Standardization of control logic designs
Documentation of operation procedures
Documentation of as-built drawings
Documentation of logic
Plant liaison for new system start up
Plant liaison for commissioning
Participate in efficiency and improvement efforts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Plant Management; Member of the Food Safety Team; Member of the Food Quality Team
