Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related, experience in a similar position in the Metals Mechanical or electronics manufacturing industry, Solid knowledge of key industrial engineering principles is essential, Advanced English, Reflecting projects on timelines and Gantt charts for timely activity tracking, Developing capacity analyses based on an understanding of the entire PCBA manufacturing and assembly process, Installing and releasing lines until calculated rates are met, including both input and output processes, Experience identifying bottlenecks and working with labor efficiency, Line balancing in mechanical assemblies, Personnel Management, MS Office (Excel, PP), Teamwork, Schedule availability, Work under pressure
