Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** **QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:** \- Immediate, open position \- Industrial Technologist: $70,000 - $90,000 annual compensation \- Industrial Engineer: $85,000 - #110,000 annual compensation \- Graduate of a recognized Engineering program or related technical program at College/University level \- Preference given to those with 3-5 year’s of related experience in an industrial environment \- Experience in time and motion direct labour measurement \- Experience with product and process flow development \- Experience in PFMEA development. \- Plant layout experience required \- Value Stream Mapping experience preferred \- Must have excellent teambuilding and leadership skills \- Proven understanding of lean manufacturing concepts, mechanical equipment and processes \- Excellent organization, problem solving and decision making skills \- M
