Graduate of a recognized Engineering program or related technical program, Experience in time and motion direct labour measurement, Experience with product and process flow development, Experience in PFMEA development, Plant layout experience required, Proven understanding of lean manufacturing concepts, Proven understanding of mechanical equipment and processes, Excellent organization skills, Excellent problem solving skills, Excellent decision making skills, Proven negotiating skills, Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, Must be self-motivated, Able to carry projects through to completion, Excellent communication skills (English - spoken and written), Excellent presentation skills (English - spoken and written), Proficient use of MS Office applications, Proficient use of AutoCAD
