Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and ensure operational excellence across high-technology electronics production environments. Acts as a technical expert and mentor, driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency through advanced industrial engineering methodologies and tools. Principle Accountabilities: · Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations teams to improve inventory flow, space utilization, and material handling efficiency. · Lead the development and deployment of PFEP (Plan For Every Part) methodologies across global manufacturing and warehouse operations. · Analyze warehouse capacity and storage utilization to support business growth, operational scalability and inventory optimization. · Simulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and or adequate tools. · Lead warehouse flow optimization initiatives, including material storage strategies, supermarket design, kitting processes, and internal logistics improvements. · Support logistics and material flow planning to ensure efficient movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across manufacturing and warehouse operations. · During NPI
