What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in manufacturing industry as Industrial Engineer minimum 3 years, Proven experience implementing lean principles, tools and methods, Technical University degree, Project management and process optimization, Knowledge of Office 365 - advanced, Advanced English language, Autocad (or other tools for technical drawing), Results oriented person, with focus on efficiency, Problem solving abilities and innovative approach
What You'll Do.
Elaborates the capacity and headcount planning based on production
Creates layout for new machines with respect to efficiency
Identifies and implements layout changes to achieve continuous improvement in efficiency increase
losses and cost reduction
defines and regularly updates the standard times for all processes
Maintains all other IE information updated (job description
work instruction and procedures etc.)
Performs an analysis of the data in order to propose actions to reach the defined targets
Creates and maintains other documentation
Follows and reports the productive and unproductive time of the equipment
proposes and implements actions and projects in cooperation with Production and all support departments to increase efficiency of equipments and processes
costs and improving quality
Design proper material flow for the production area
Responsible for material movements (storage
conveyors) in the area of responsibility
defined and agreed with the management
Implements Lean principles
methods and tools in area of responsibility
