Experience in Industrial Engineering, Knowledge in production planning, Knowledge in logistics processes, Knowledge in quality assurance, Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, Understanding of technical documentation

Experience in the automotive industry, Familiarity with simulation software, Familiarity with ERP systems
What You'll Do.
Support strategic alignment of new and existing plants
Consultation and participation in technology selection
facility specification
Identification and introduction of new technologies and processes in line with Industry 4.0
Monitoring and further development of relevant production key figures in Industrial Engineering
Support of production processes regarding logistics
manufacturing methods
and quality processes
Creation of requirements specifications for conveyor technology
Acceptance and release of operating equipment according to agreed requirements specifications
Application of simulation software for planning plants
Planning of logistical processes between customer and plant (e.g.
Design of assembly processes
Close coordination with customer departments as well as internal specialist departments and suppliers
Participation in the development of IT concepts (e.g.
Involvement in supplier selection and tenders for equipment and project teams
Planning of internal processes
and warehouse/buffer technology
Participation in QVP activities such as FMEA
Creation of work instructions
and process documentation
Initiation and implementation of process optimizations
Execution and coordination of simulations and audits of logistical and production-related processes
Participation in investment planning and project reviews
Implementation of planned measures domestically and abroad
Organization and execution of KVP workshops
Plant auditing according to MAFACT standard
