Über die Rolle Als Industrial Engineer für unser Konzept-Team im Bereichs Advanced Manufacturing Engineering übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Planung unseres Produktionssystems, sowie beim Ausbau unserer Fabrik (in Deutschland) für die automatisierte Fertigung von Gebäudemodulen. In einem interdisziplinären Umfeld (Simultaneous Engineering Ansatz) trägst du die Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Produktionskonzepten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Produktentwicklern (Bausystemexperten, Wand- und Deckenelemente), Maschinenkonstrukteuren und einem Team für die digitale Transformation (Steuersysteme, Industrie 4.0) zusammen. Dein Aufgabengebiet beinhaltet die Herstellablaufplanung unter Leistungsgesichtspunkten, sowie die Beschreibung von Produktionslösungen bis hin zur Umsetzung in der digitalen Prozessstreuung. Wertstromgedanken sowie die Dokumentation von Herstellprozessen sind dabei wichtige Aspekte: Planung einer getakteten Fließfertigung inkl. Materialflussbetrachtungen nach Maßstäben der Austaktung der Produktionslinien Ablauflogische Beschreibungen von Produktionslösungen, die auch Informationsflüsse berücksichtigen Überführung von Produktdesignentwürfen (Wand-/Deckenelemente) in entsprechende Herstellprozesse Material- und Produktionsflussanalysen, Wertstrom entsprechend Lean Manufacturing Prinzipien Produktionsprozessplanung, Zykluszeitbetrachtungen und -optimierungen Fabrik/-Produk
