Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment, Experience in large-scale assembly or fabrication, Proficiency in process simulation software, Proficiency in CAD software, Experience with time study software and techniques, Knowledge of ergonomic principles and safety standards in manufacturing, Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools, Proven record of accomplishment of successful change management accomplishments, Implementing and management continuous improvements and cost reduction programs, Proficiency in use Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD skills required

What You'll Do.
Design manufacturing processes for large products
Implement efficient manufacturing processes
Conduct time studies and motion analysis
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles
Optimize production layouts and workflows
Utilize statistical analysis and simulation tools
Collaborate with design engineering and production
Ensure manufacturability and resolve assembly challenges
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Create work instructions and training materials
Evaluate and recommend new equipment
Monitor key performance indicators
Implement corrective actions
Lead continuous improvement projects
Support new product introduction
Ensure smooth transition to manufacturing
Drive Manufacturing Execution System configuration
Support Lean organization
Develop process foundation and data integrity
