Industrial Engineer (Experienced or Senior)) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is currently seeking an **Industrial Engineer** to join our team in **Berkeley** , **MO**. This Industrial Engineering role will work for the Test Operations & Engineering (TO&E) team. The TO&E organization leads a wide variety of BT&E activities with crucial work across all of Lab Test and Flight Test and collaborates frequently with BDS programs and production operations. We support several test capabilities such as structures, electromagnetics, aero, environmental and test beds, along with internal fabrication and assembly of test hardware and assemblies. We are seeking candidates who will use manufacturing operations knowledge and business sense to partner with cross functional teams from engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. The Industrial Engineers assist in the stabilization of the testing environment, implement lean methodologies, assess test readiness requirements, as well as improve quality through root cause analysis and BPSM.
