Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or related roles, Proven experience utilizing data analytics, time-studies, and workflow mapping to drive continuous improvement, Familiarity and practical experience implementing AI and automation use cases to drive operational efficiencies, Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar), Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, Ability to work in the U. S. without visa sponsorship

Nice to Have

Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies, Experience with AI-driven and data-driven approaches
