Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement within a manufacturing setting, analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions, Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, knowledge of AutoCAD, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively, Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process modeling and analysis, Fluent in English, Valid VISA and Passport

Experience with project management principles and methodologies, Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools
