If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Industrial Engineer** located in **Juarez Sur.** Report to the **Industrial Engineer** the **Industrial Engineer’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Provides process time estimation to the quote team. * Simulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineers by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and adequate tools. * During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement. * Reviews result during prototyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team. * Work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. * Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. * Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment. * Knowledge of personnel administration. * Knowledge of warehouse and materials processes. * Knowledge of square footage management and billing. * Technical skills: knowledge of DL calculations, machine capacities, and OEE. * Experience in Electronic Industry (desirable) **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * A
