If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an_**Industrial Engineer** _located in Guadalajara, South Campus._ The **Industrial Engineer** _role involves responsibilities for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently._ **_What a typical day looks like:_** * _Provides process time estimation to the quote team based on manufacturing simulations._ * _AutoCAD 2D design of operations, stations, cabins, etc._ * _Work measurement programs and examines work samples to develop material flow._ * _Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment._ * _Design or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations._ * _Supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs and improve performance in constrained areas like Lean, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** _• BA/BS degree._ _• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment._ _• Advanced English level._ _• Using the following tools:_ * _May require various PCBA operations._ * _Knowledge of AutoCAD._ * _Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding
