What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or automation-related roles, Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar), Experience with facility layout tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent), Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles, time studies, and standard work development
Nice to Have
Experience supporting automation projects or machine integrations, Knowledge of MES, SCADA, or machine data capture systems (e.g., Ignition), Exposure to PFMEA, control plans, and structured problem-solving methodologies
What You'll Do.

Support efficient material flow and scalable production capacity

Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Ensure layouts align with equipment requirements
Analyze production data
Support development of business cases for new equipment
and scenario comparisons
Support capital expenditure requests
Present complex technical and operational data into clear
Define and document machine processing steps
Include standard work instructions
Ensure machine capabilities
and quality requirements
control plan development
Serve as a liaison between engineering
Coordinate equipment installation
Coordinate operator training
Ensure readiness for safe and efficient machine operation
Support ramp-up activities
Troubleshoot early-stage issues
Ensure a smooth transition to steady-state production
Maintain project documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives post-launch
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross function teams; Partner with Automation Manager; Liaison between engineering, vendors, and production teams
