We are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician/Service Technician to join our team based in Smithfield, NSW. In this role, you will work on overhead cranes and hoists, carrying out inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, modernisations and breakdown support across a range of customer sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in lifting equipment and industrial services, working with advanced technology while being supported by a highly experienced technical team. About the Role As an Industrial Electrician, you will work both independently and within a team to deliver high-quality service and technical support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs on overhead cranes and hoists * Troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns in the field * Installation, testing and certification of lifting equipment * Supporting refurbishment and modernisation projects * Managing service inspection contracts * Consulting with customers on repair recommendations and safety improvements * Completing service documentation using mobile technology * Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality workmanship What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate based on experience * Fully maintained company vehicle * Overtime paid at penalty rates - Time and a half for first 2 hours and Double time after 2 hours (Mon-Sat) * Monthly bonus opportunities through our Employee Incentive Program * Annual employee share plan * Ongoing technical training and career developm
