Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **We are currently hiring for Day and Night shifts:** **Day: M-Th | 7 am - 530 pm** **Night: M-Th | 5 pm - 330 am** **Overtime is available for each shift** **W HAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Install switchgear and electrical components into custom‑built metal equipment centers * Plan layouts and install wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers * Read, interpret, and follow electrical drawings and engineered designs to meet customer specifications * Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and testing as required * Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical installations safely and efficiently * Follow NEC code requirements and company electrical standards * Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment as needed * Adhere to OSHA safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical testing procedures * Communicate effectively with team members and provide direction when needed * Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures **YOU HAVE:** * In‑depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) * Experience installing and working with electrical systems, wiring, and control equipment * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics * Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, grinders, and saws * Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout * Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities * Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs) * Willingness to work in extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field or as an Electrical Helper **WE HAVE:** * A dyna
