By blending people-centric leadership with disciplined operational strategies and purpose-driven growth, Barry-Wehmiller has become a $3 billion organization with nearly 12,000 team members united by a common belief: to use the power of business to build a better world. **Job Description:** The Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship Program at BW Papersystems offers a hands-on path to becoming a certified industrial electrician while gaining paid, real-world experience and technical instruction. This is a four-year apprenticeship program in collaboration with Northcentral Technical College (NTC). Apprentices will work while attending school, learning the fundamentals of direct and alternating currents, electrical control systems, and troubleshooting. Throughout the program, apprentices will work side-by-side with experienced electricians and technicians, gaining exposure to panels and motors. All education, travel time, and instruction are paid. Upon completion, graduates are expected to work full-time for two years at BW Papersystems in Phillips, WI. _**Program Highlights:**_ * 6-year total program (4-year apprenticeship + 2-year post-program agreement) * 7,600 total hours of structured on-the-job training * 720 hour
