Three to five years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, Experience troubleshooting AC/DC motors, electrical controls, drives, and power systems, Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems, Understanding of NFPA 70E and industrial electrical safety practices, Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation, Proficiency with electrical hand tools, meters, and diagnostic instruments, Knowledge of shop math, measurements, and technical calculations, Ability to successfully complete an electrical aptitude assessment

## Description Electrical Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Operations Location: Petersburg, VA Employment Type: Direct Hire Starting Pay: $36.73/hour and up Compensation Information Compensation is determined by experience, demonstrated skills, assessment results, and applicable position level. Candidates with advanced technical capabilities may qualify for higher starting rates. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support equipment reliability and plant operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of electrical, electronic, and automated systems that support production processes.
