What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in industrial design, industrial engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field, Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline and 1 year of experience in industrial design, industrial engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field, 1 year of experience working with the designs of mechanical systems including high-speed manufacturing, 1 year of experience using AutoCAD to build concepts for manufacturing processes, 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links, 1 year of experience utilizing analytical tools SQL or Tableau, 1 year of experience conducting field investigations and reporting issues

Evaluate and create physical processing solutions
Create material handling solutions using cutting edge technology
Create material handling solutions using robotics

Meet product flow requirements based on Amazon design
Identify and analyze key operational metrics
Identify and analyze key financial metrics
Inspire strategic design decisions
Coordinate with systems engineering teams
Coordinate with operations engineering teams
Coordinate with technology product management teams
Develop next generation solutions
Optimize performance of Amazon Fulfillment Network
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Influence business partners
Negotiate with business partners
Communicate with business partners
Develop models to solve complex problems
