Global Engineering Services (GES) NA Ops Engineering is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented engineering project leader to lead initiative of developing and delivering next generation, world-class sortation and transportation systems. The Concept Development & Design Team will support retrofit designs for first mile retrofits as well as controls & solutions development to be used for future projects. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment systems. Your projects will include retrofits for highly automated fulfillment centers and cross-dock facilities. You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on hundreds of projects each year. You will be challenged; you will learn; you will work on high impact, high visibility projects; you will grow. This role requires up to 25% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling.
