4+ years project management experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field, Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, Experience with packaging technologies and systems, Experience with high-speed manufacturing, Experience with process design based on Lean Principles, Experience in capital project management, Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Engineering, 3+ years of technical engineering experience, Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level, Experience working with and managing third party vendors

Global Engineering Services (GES) NA Ops Engineering is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented engineering project leader to lead initiative of developing and delivering next generation, world-class sortation and transportation systems. The Concept Development & Design Team will support retrofit designs for first mile retrofits as well as controls & solutions development to be used for future projects. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment systems. Your projects will include retrofits for highly automated fulfillment centers and cross-dock facilities. You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on hundreds of projects each year. You will be challenged; you will learn; you will work on high impact, high visibility projects; you will grow. This role requires up to 25% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.
