The **Industrial Account Manager** role is responsible for owning, retaining, and optimizing an assigned end user account. This role combines account management, quotations, project execution with strategic sales development to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize sales and drive business growth. This role will engage with a specific industrial customer regularly through in-person and digital channels to maintain strong customer relationships, manage account performance and drive the sales process from start to finish. ## **Responsibilities:** * Own, maintain and nurture relationships with large national customer ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. * Engage with customers regularly throughout the entire sales process, maintaining continuous and proactive communication via in person visits/meetings, phone and email to build trusted advisor relationships. * Lead comprehensive review of Bid packages to ultimately provide a fully conforming quote inclusive of Project Specifications, AML, Test
